Please, please do not make it more burdensome to trade in leveraged and inverse funds. I strongly believe the proposed regulations would be bad for us traders, unnecessary and a dangerous precedent. I have traded very successfully in ProShares for several years, rely on it for living expenses and enjoy doing it.
