Why must investors continue to be treated like children? I make my own investment decisions and live the results, good or bad. I use leveraged inverse funds in limited situations, not as a primary means of investing. Anyone who does otherwise is gambling. Please don't punish the adults by trying to protect gamblers from themselves. Please don't raise more barricades for retail investors who are already at significant disadvantage to professionals.
