I strongly disagree with the proposed regulations. I feel investors should be allowed to make the investment choices or seek professional advice that offers the returns/ risks they so choose. As an investor I dont feel the government should be making the decision for me, which prevents me from buying leveraged or inverse funds and lose out on the enhanced returns they add to my portfolio.
I am of the belief all investors should be allowed the ability to participate in the long standing free market without government imposed limitations.
As always the government continues to, unsuccessfully I might add, impose limitations on the American people because a select few cant handle making or being accountable for their own decisions.
Please take this letter as a resounding NO
