i am writing this communication to the SEC with regards to the subject proposed limitations and regulations regarding leveraged exchanged traded funds. I have owned and do own such funds within my securities portfolio and understand the risks associated with these funds. I do not believe there is a problem that requires the SEC to take action and further apply regulations or restrictions on the public for such funds. As an investor in the stock market, I do not want the SEC to burden myself or other investors in the purchase or sale of leveraged ETFs. We the people, should be able to continue to utilize these types of securities to advance our financial security to the extent we believe it to be constructive without further restrictions.
