Hello Ladies and gentlemen,
I am writing you to let you know I am gravely concerned over Rule #S7-24-15. I have invested in leveraged funds in my 401K and IRA over the last 5 years making most of my retirement profit.
This has been a blessing for me and my family during the Bull phase of this market.
When the Bear comes I will rely on the inverse funds to protect my retirement capital.
Rule #S37-24-15 will strip me of my freedom to provide for my family This is a heinous regulation favoring the ultra rich and slamming American families I plead with you not to strip me of the ability to provide for myself and my family in retirement. Your new rule would severely cripple my investment opportunities. Smart money has invested heavily in leveraged funds and will invest heavily in inverse funds in the Bear phase. Please give me and my family that ability to protect ourselves in retirement. Let us retain our freedom.
