I strongly oppose this proposed Rule.
It is an unnecessary burden on free choice by average investors like myself. These funds provide me a way to augment and protect my retirement savings in ways that formally were only availed to the wealthy. All markets are a gamble of sorts even if researched and studied, and these funds are just another investment tool, which like all others, can be appropriate if used intelligently. Intelligent use and prudence are responsibilities of the users, not for third party subjective interferences. I support enforcing clear and transparent objectives and methods by the funds, but no hamstringing investors with further interference.
