This proposal is bad for investors, especially small investors. It is completely unnecessary. It has not been proven that there is a problem with these funds or should be treated differently than other funds. It is also taking away our rights with a dangerous precedent to make it necessary to qualify to invest in public markets. We and our advisors should have the freedom to make our own investment decisions
