Both I and my wife Marianne Warford strongly object to this proposed rule. We deal online with Fidelity Investments, have used leveraged funds three different times. The only thing we have had problems with are the hoops that Fidelity makes us jump through to satisfy the SEC. We certainly do not need additional barriers to impede the purchasing process.
It is not broke...do not try to fix it
