I would like to state that these leveraged ETF's are important to the risk management of my portfolio and an integral part of my investment strategy. I do not feel like these funds are difficult to understand and I do not want there to be any chance that a third party can evaluate my finances and decide the I cannot buy them. I do not think it is right that the government is getting involved in the decision making of my portfolio.
