I'd like to address the SEC's contemplated regulation on leveraged and inverse funds.

I've been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for some time now. They are a great tool to accomplish my investment goals.

It's disappointing the SEC is considering regulations which would limit investors access to these funds.

I believe these proposed regulations are unnecessary, bad for investors, and set a dangerous precedent.

Leveraged funds are an important part of my overall investment strategy and allow me to protect my portfolio as well as generate enhanced returns.

I'm capable of understanding leveraged funds and don't need a third party regulating my use of them.

It's also important to preserve long standing free market choices for investors to use these funds.

I would ask the SEC withdraw this ill advised proposed regulation or anything similar.

Thank you,
Reza Kavoussi
