I am a private investor who has managed 90% of my portfolio my entire life. Leveraged and inverse funds have been an important component of my portfolio since I began investing seriously in 1988. I understand these funds completely, and realize I can lose significant amounts of money by improper use of them, but I can also gain significant amounts by the proper use of them.
