I am an individual investor who has been trading TQQQ for about 4 years. I am amazed that the SEC under the Trump administration would even consider restricting an individual's right to invest or trade in the securities of his choice. I vehemently am against any such regulation. If you pass this I will consider voting for Bloomberg instead of for Trump. I am amazed you would consider such regulation.
