I am a small investor, and I have developed a barbell-ed portfolio. Most of my money goes into very safe investments, like savings accounts and treasuries. However, a portion goes into highly risky investments. I dont have time to evaluate options. So, leveraged ETFs allow me to get into the game and earn high returns without risk of personal ruin.
