We have many freedoms in this country, among them is the right to invest one's money in a legal manner as they see fit. This proposal adds unnecessary and burdensome requirements on small investors like me. If I make money, that's good, if I lose money, that's bad, but it will be based on my free will and the freedoms that this country has afforded me. Please, SEC, protect me from criminals, don't protect me from ME.
