Please do not change the requirements to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. These funds are important to my returns in my portfolio.
I can understand the funds and characteristics and do not want a third party deciding if I should be allowed to access this type of investment. I want to preserve the free public markets allowing me to invest without government imposed limitations.
