This proposal is bad for me, unnecessary and sets a dangerous precedent for investors.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me for purposes of enhancing or protecting my portfolio.
I am an experienced investor and understand the characteristics furthermore, I do Not want a third party evaluating and deciding my capability for trading leveraged funds.
I am capable of making my own decisions and desire the preservation of free public markets without government intervention and limitations on my portfolio choices.
