1. I'm an adult AMERICAN I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse investments and their performance characteristics. I Do NOT Want a third party evaluating and limiting my capability to purchase/buy leverage on the open free-enterprise market.
2. Leveraged funds are important to me Leveraged investments allow me to seek additional return with a lower investment amount, and also help me protect my portfolio.
3. Open free markets allow the investor and their advisor to buy publicly available securities without government-imposed limitations on INVESTOR choice. Let the open-market free-enterprise system work and America will continue to prosper.
