Please do not add regulations limiting access to leveraged and inverse funds. They are easy to understand and the risks of using them are obvious. What's also obvious is that they can be helpful to round out and protect one's portfolios and enhance returns. We don't need more regulations defining "classes" of people - people smart enough vs. people too dumb. Would there be "classes" of people who can't use options, margin, derivatives, stocks, bonds, CDs? Would these "classes" be based on school grades, tests, occupation, subjective interviews, FICO score, criminal history, CHINESE style SOCIAL SCORE? Freedom for all and a level playing field - that's what's great about America and should be applied more often, not taken away
