Please do NOT adopt the proposal (Proposed Rule #S7-24-15), which if adopted, would prevent investors from being able to buy leveraged and inverse funds. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to investors, by enhancing their returns. Investors are very capable of understanding these funds and their performance characteristics. Therefore, I respectfully urge you to please continue to allow investors the ability to purchase these funds, by NOT adopting this proposal.
