Please do not enact Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. Investors like myself need the ability to use inverse and leveraged funds to hedge and diversify our portfolios. We understand the risks and characteristics of these instruments. We don't need another layer of administration evaluating our personal financial status and sophistication. There is too much paperwork already. We want the freedom of choice preserved. Thank you for your consideration.
