Proposed Rule #S7-24-15, limiting or regulating leveraged and inverse fund trading or access would harm my investment approach and strategy.
I am an unlicensed and unregistered private investor and have learned to use leveraged and inverse funds during volatile and geopolitical event-driven markets that otherwise pose unnecessary risks to my investments. I can effectively hedge my portfolio using these products.
Please say 'No" to this proposed rule.
