I see no valid reason to limit investing opportunities in leveraged funds. The funds form an important aspect of the diversity available for investors. All investments are inherently risky, some more so than others.
The SEC should let investors assess the risk of all their investments before investing, instead of creating onerous requirements that put a burden on creating wealth. Most, if not all, investors are capable of making these decisions themselves.
