I am a retail trader who uses leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding their properties, especially since it is easy to get the historical charts. I do not want my flexibility limited or removed by a third party evaluating my abilities.
These funds are important to my overall strategy, it would be harmful to me if I could not trade them freely.
