I am currently invested in leveraged funds and intend to continue. As a knowledgeable and experienced investor it is my right and privilege to invest how I see fit and there isn't a need for the SEC to intervene with my rights to invest the way I choose for my portfolio. I do not need a third party evaluating my capability to do so and preventing me from purchasing leveraged funds in this free market country.
