Leveraged and inverse funds are an important tool for me to manage my portfolio. Taking away, or further restricting, my right to use such funds places additional burdens on me as an investor and will hamper my ability to grow and hedge my retirement and personal investment portfolios.
I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and making my own decisions regarding the investment products I use. I feel strongly that I do not need a third party evaluating my suitability, or dictating those products in which I may or may not invest.
