I object to having to provide additional personal information to qualify to own leveraged funds.
Leveraged funds are key to my current investment decisions. The risks are, in my opinion, obvious to any one who deals with these securities. I believe that it would be an infringement of my rights to restrict my investment options based on your subjective and personal bias.
