Regarding about SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15, I have following comments:
1. I am using leveraged and inverse funds as part of my portfolio to provide me enhanced return. I do Fully understand its risk and that is why I am using these investment instruments ONLY AS PART of my portfolio. I really hope these investment instruments are here to stay without these unneeded extra qualification steps.
2. What makes American Stock Market great is that American Stock Market is the "most free" stock market in the World (only the most needed and important regulations are implemented within the American Stock Market). The SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15 is an unnecessary and burdensome extra step for most investors.
3. Currently, in order to invest in these leveraged and inverse funds, investors are already required to read through the needed documentation and sign it. I do truly believe the current process is already sufficient.
