I am an individual investor and have -- on very rare occasions -- been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for more than 15 years now. Because these occasions have been well-chosen, I have made money on these investments.
I very strongly object to and resent any restrictions or hoops I'm going to need to jump through to continue doing this. PLEASE do not make the changes you are proposing Thank you.
