Dear SEC: Don't lock me out of my inverse fund. 1) I am a small investor and I use an inverse fund to hedge what I do have against a market downturn. This is a valid use of such a fund. 2) To deny small investors like me is a violation of our essential human rights, such as liberty and the pursuit of happiness. 3) It's also class warfare to make a path for the rich, but close the door on the poor or middle class. Leave me and my inverse fund alone
