Regarding leveraged ETFs: Please do not place any restrictions on my ability to buy or sell leveraged ETFs in any of my accounts, including my IRA accounts. I'm a retail investor that has owned leverage ETFs for the past 5 years and doing so has enhanced my investment performance. I understand how leverage ETFs work. I understand the risk/reward situation with leveraged ETFs. I would NOT like to see the SEC restrict in any way my ability to trade leveraged ETFs. Open markets with a wide variety of investment products helps make our markets that best in the world. Thank you, Floyd Damron
