Please do not change the rules for the Proshares, leveraged and inverse funds. They give us a lot of flexability within our portfolio's. Don't let the big hedges fund have this market to themselves.
I want to preserve the long standing public markets and the free public to have the ability and freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
