To whom it may concern. I add leveraged and inverse funds to my portfolio to take advantage of market timing. These types of funds allow me to do this easily, without a margin account. This is only a small part of a account. At this level we know the risk and rewards. We need public and open and fair markets. Why place an another burden on independent investors.
