Dear Sir or Madam: I am an informed and educated trader of various securities including leveraged and inverse shares. I understand the risks involved and maintain my rights to choose investments I see fit in my taxable and ROTH portfolios. It is everyone's right to choose investments they see fit. Perhaps instead of not allowing these funds to be traded you should perhaps teach basic fundamentals of finance in our High Schools.
