I frequently use inverse and leveraged ETFs as they provide an excellent vehicle to invest my limited funds in the market. They are in fact much less risky than futures and allow us (small investors) to access the benefits of the swap markets at a very inexpensive cost. I could not see myself investing and running my business without these important derivatives. Pls don't add burdensome regulations to the mix. You could kill my golden goose. BTW I would not qualify as an accredited investor if that was a test.
