1. Inverse funds (both levered and straight) are very important, and they allow investors to protect their portfolio.
2. Inverse funds also help in making money when brought with right research, and assessing right market conditions.
3. I thoroughly understand the levered and inverse funds, and the risk associated with them. I do not need a third party to evaluate my capability to safely invest and benefit from them.
4. For free public markets, we should not be looking at imposing any restrictions/rules on free buying and selling of inverse securities.
