Hello,
I am deeply disappointed with the content of this proposal. I could not believe my eyes when I read what this rule entailed. Not only is this a clear contradiction to the capitalist mentality. I do not feel comfortable in any way giving the government the power to control what I can and cannot do with my money. I do not want to see this country slowly decline into a semi-socialist/socialist state like others have in the past. If someone has the ability to understand how to trade stocks, they are equally capable of understanding the risk that comes with a leveraged fund. Hopefully you will hear my voice along with all the other investors representing not only novice, but all experiences.
