I would like to voice my strong opposition to the newly proposed regulation that would make it more onerous for me to invest in inverse or leveraged funds. It appears to me that you are trying to solve a problem that does not exist. Have more people been hurt by ignorantly investing in these type of funds than have been hurt by other "more traditional" investments? Inverse and leveraged funds are an important component of my investment strategy - please do not limit my access to these instruments
