I'm against SEC Proposed Rule #s7-24-15.
Please preserve the free markets. All investments contain risks and buyers should be aware of what they are buying.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and give me the opportunity to amplify returns.
I'm a CFA charterholder and understand leverage and inverse funds. That said I do not need or want a 3rd party to evaluate my my understanding of leveraged/inverse funds nor do I want to be precluded from investing in them due to not meeting certain income/net worth thresholds.
