I am firmly against this proposed rule. I am perfectly capable of managing my own portfolio and the government should have no business whatsoever deciding what I can and cannot choose to invest my own money in. This is supposed to be a country where we value freedom, yet little by little the government seeks to take freedoms away from individuals. How I choose to invest my own hard earned money is my own business and not that of the government.
