Please be notified that I am adamantly opposed to the proposed regulations that threaten to prevent investors from buying leveraged and inverse funds. this would have a profoundly negative impact on my ability to protect my portfolio. These instruments carry no significant risks above any other securities. Also, this elicits a dangerous implication for unnecessary restriction of investors financial civil liberties. these regulations should NOT be carried.
