Please allow people to continue to buy inverse and leveraged ETF. I understand the risk and only do so on a small portion of my investments. It is important to have these tools available during up and down markets to grow my returns. As Americans we should have the freedom to invest our money as we see fit. Having people check a box or sign a waiver that they understand the risk should be enough. Thanks.
