TQQQ/SQQQ are the best investment vehicles I have ever used before. It really helped me to achieve the enhanced returns, while protecting my portfolio. They are very important to me and to my 401K investment. I'm capable of understanding those funds, and their performance characteristics. I really don't think I need a 3rd party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from investing in them. I'd like to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities w/o additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice. It's my own choice of investment and also my own right of buying whatever fund or any kind of securities.
