To whom it may concern:
It is my opinion no additional encumbrances should be applied to owning leveraged funds. They are a valuable part of my investment strategy from a standpoint of providing a protection to my portfolio.
I am quite capable of making my own decisions regarding my investments and need no assistance from the SEC regarding the use of leveraged funds.
