Leveraged and inverse funds are an important part of my investment strategy. I understand how they behave and am well aware of their volatility and the risk that they represent. I do not need or want the government's "protection". I am fully capable of managing my investments without third-party oversight or interference. I strongly oppose the implementation of any rule(s) that would limit or complicate my ability to invest in such funds as I see fit.
