I am absolutely opposed to this new regulation We DO NOT need additional government oversight/regulation where it concerns the use of leveraged ETF funds. As with any investment, it is the investors responsibility to understand these investments before buying the securities. Use of these leverged funds in moderation, has greatly benefited my portfolio. I am a seasoned investor, and I do not require oversight on my desisions by the SEC. I believe leveraged ETF's are a very valuable investment tool and I expect to be able to continue to use these products for many years to come to increase the value of my holdings. I believe the markets are regulated sufficiently, and leveraged products are a great tool to use when appropriate. PLEASE DO NOT take this inherent right away from U.S. investors
