I'm against changes to the proposed rule #S7-24-15. FOr many years I've invested in various vehicles, including leveraged funds. In my view while they may have greater risks than others, even stocks have risks as we well know, they have formed a basis for my balanced investments.
I fully understand the structure of these leveraged and inverse fund and it isn't anyone's business or concern how I make my investments. I don't need you to further restrict my ability to manage my own investments. You are free to control your money - but not mine.
