Dear Sirs,
As a voting American citizen, I would like to voice my opposition to SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15.
An increase of regulations and requirements that would reduce, eliminate, or interfere with my liberties and freedom can NOT be tolerated.
Such interference as this in our free market system is never a good idea.
I therefore strongly urge you not to pass this proposed rule.
