I have been investing for over 50 years, and I find that your latest requirements are onerous and unnecessary.
The SEC has functioned for 90 years, allowing mindful investors to make their own investment decisions, AND IT SHOULD STAY THAT WAY.
Please find a different avenue to protect those too foolish to make an informed decision about THEIR MONEY
