To whom it may concern:
Putting regulations on things such as leveraged ETFs is an infraction on the rights of the investors that use them. People should have the ability to invest their own money without a government agency deciding what they must do in order to invest that money. If the proposed rule were put in place, I believe there would be a major uproar from the leveraged investment community.
