As an investor, I believed more options should be available in the free public markets to safe guard and protect my investment both in good times and bad. This include the availability of leveraged and inverse funds without the proposed rules change that will potentially set a dangerous and burdensome precedent that will limit or even prevent me from exercising free trade options. I fully aware and informed that all equities investment entail risks, including ETFs, and leveraged and inverse funds, such as those provided by ProShares.
